The petitioner is an accused in connection with Goraiyakothi P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021 registered for the offences under sections 498(A), 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 15.06.2021 by the informant, Ravi Kumar.

The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and killing the informant's sister in connivance of his family members on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant alleged that petitioner his family members strangulated her sister to death by.

The marriage took place in 2019 and in 2021, the
