1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P. S. Case No.317 of 2012, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and were the employees of Vishnumati Retail Marketing Services India Limited and the informant alleges that the accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15488 of 2024(3) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 including the petitioners siphoned of the money of the Members of the Company as detailed in the F.I.R..

4. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 13.09.2023 while Akhilesh Kumar, the Director of the Company has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 03.11.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.18642 of 2015.

5. The learned Additional P. P. opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P. S. Case No.317 of 2012.

7. The application stands allowed.
