The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No.56 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 401 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with some others was charged of planning dacoity on the Railway Platform No.2 at Muzaffarpur and upon being challenged, whereas the petitioner and some others escaped but one Md. Nausad alias Nepali was apprehended who divulged the names of the other accused including this petitioner. The petitioner is also involved in one more case arising from Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No.25 of 2015.

In the circumstances, no case for indulgence is made out presently. The prayer is rejected.

This application is dismissed.
