The petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and on the alleged date of occurrence the deceased had gone to the house of petitioner but subsequently the dead body of the deceased was found hanging with a tree in the village of petitioner. The informant claims that the relation of the deceased with his wife was not cordial and in course of investigation it came to light that wife of the deceased had illicit relation with one Firoj. It appears that except the aforesaid circumstance as well as suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2683 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. case No.381 of 2015.
