The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/341/323/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence arose out of a petty dispute and the allegation made against this petitioner is general and omnibus. The main allegation is against one Shibu Yadav who is said to have fired from his pistol which hit the thigh of the informant. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the

No.3771 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 P2/2 event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 125/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
