2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kuchila P. S. Case No. 05 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 18 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the seized motorcycle of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2026. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise)-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kuchila P. S. Case No. 05 of 2025.
