The petitioner is accused in connection with Mohaddi Nagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Samastipur.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and 15 live cartridges from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner appears to be accused in eight other cases in similar nature of that case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am
