1. Learned counsel appearing for the University informs that the R.M.M. Law College, Saharsa has been derecognised by the Bar Council of India and is non-functional for last two years.

2. In the aforesaid background, the prayer made by the petitioner for regularising him on the post of Assistant Professor in R.M.M. Law College, Saharsa cannot be considered.

3. The writ petition filed in 2018 has become

Patna High Court CWJC No.17086 of 2018(2) dt.13-09-2022 2/2 redundant and otiose on account of the subsequent events as pointed out by the counsels.
