JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

On suspicious activities, petitioner was apprehended and during course of search, a loaded pistol along with cartridges as well as motorcycle were recovered and seized, for which petitioner happens to be under custody since 27.08.2015. Although, petitioner had alleged his complicity at the instance of one Satyendra Singh, his father-in-law on account of having married with his daughter without his wish and for that Gaighat PS Case No. 208/2015 was going on.

However, taking into account the period of custody and further absence of involvement of petitioner save and except in Gaighat PS Case No. 208/2015, petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58596 of 2015 (2) dt.09-02-2016 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Kartahan PS Case No. 54/2015.
