2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the award dated 30.05.2018 passed in Land Acquisition Case No. 2(XXIV)/2014-15 under Section 3(G) of the National Highway Act, 1956.

3. After some argument, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has the statutory remedy before the arbitrator, as notified by the Central Government and, as such, he seeks permission to file a proper

Patna High Court CWJC No.16556 of 2018(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 arbitration case before the Divisional Commissioner, Gaya, who has been notified as an arbitrator under the National Highway Act, 1956.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed and similar plea has been taken therein.

5. In view of the fair submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the arbitrator by filing an appropriate application, preferably within a period of four weeks, from today.
