JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being Headmistress of the school is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that during inspection 85 kilograms rice of mid-day-meal was found short. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the supply of the rice was made just one day prior to the lodging of case and without verifying the stock properly particularly with regard to the quantum of consumption between the period of supply and raid the accusation has been levelled. The petitioner is ready to the petitioner will deposit cash of rupees four thousand before the learned court below which will be invested in some fixed

Considering the quantity of shortage being found during enquiry and petitioner being lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.250 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
