The petitioners seek bail in Chenari P.S. Case No.298 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant intercepted the Martui Baleno vehicle of the petitioner No.1 bearing registration No.BR-45K-7788 and 192 pieces each containing 180 ml. Heat Premium Whiskey was recovered and for that, petitioners are in jail since 27.12.2019. For the recovery of only 34 liters wine, the petitioners have already remained in jail for more than two months. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10895 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S.
