The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- "For Quashing the Order dated 05.12.2024 passed by Circle officer, Jamui (Respondents no.-3) Whereby the Circle officer, Jamui has dismiss the no Case Mutation 5095 R27/20232024/ Jamui filed by the Petitioner dt. 23.02.2024.

(ii) For that the land is purchase land of petitioner and there was no any Civil or Criminal Case was pending before any court regarding Khata134, Khesra 452 Area 6.32 Decimal Mauza Khairama, Anchal Jamui till report given by Revenue officer.

(iii) For that the report has been submitted by the revenew 4/8/2024

Patna High Court CWJC No.3786 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/3 and same staff of has been forwarded by Revenue officer Jamui on the same day. But Respondent no 3 Put pressure to the petitioner for illegal demand which was refused by the Petitioner then. Respondent no 3 Prepare a third person i.e. Respondent no.4 for file a objection petition before her and also suggest to lodge the Title suit in the present land thereafter Mutation Case is dismissed.

(iv)For that Respondent no.3 and her officer Knowingly delay the process of mutation.

(v)For that Resondent no.-3 office has given report that there is no any Title Suit is Pending in above mentioned land.

(vi)For that Karmachari has given report that the name of Jamabandi Raiyat is Deepak Kumar, Shekhar Kumar and Anand Kumar, S/O Late Lakhan lal Tamoli. It means objection filed by respondent no.-4 has never object the mange of Jamabandi Raiyat, When Petitioner Purchase the land then Nuisance create by Respondent no.-4."

3. The petitioner may take alternative remedy of appeal before DCLR against the order impugned, available to the petitioner. If the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of four weeks that shall be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing thereof, without being prejudiced by this order.
