JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017, registered under Sections 461, 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that, on 11.02.2017, at about 1.30 A.M., in the night, informant heard sound then he saw to the window that three persons were removing the battery of his Truck. On raising alarm, they started to flee away but petitioner was apprehended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the cleaner of the truck of the informant and due to dispute of wage, petitioner has falsely been implicate in this case.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S.
