Although petitioner is named in the first informant report but there is no specific allegation of any overt act against him and it is only stated that he was also member of unlawful assembly. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S.
