JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 At the outset, it has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order dated 07.11.2015 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, by which the discharge petition filed by the petitioner dated 30.06.2014 has been rejected and charges have been framed, has become infructuous as the trial of the case has proceeded ahead.
In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
