In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sarairanjan (Ghatho) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2002 registered for offence under section 364 I.P.C. and later on, sections 302, 201/34 I.P.C. were added.
As per the first information report, a boy proceeded for the school, but instead of reaching his home, he was kidnapped and his body was found dead. During investigation, the cycle of the victim-boy was also recovered and some persons made their statements against the petitioner to be involved in the aforesaid incident. Already five witnesses have been examined in the Sessions Court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6194 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. The court below is directed to conclude the trial as quickly as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
