JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
From the house of the informant country made liquor, spirit and machine for packing illegal liquor and other articles for manufacturing country made liquor were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery was from his family house. The petitioner is accused in one more case in which he is on bail. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail let the learned court below consider the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2753 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
