JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 The order as contained in Memo No. 7776-85 dated 06.10.2017, issued by the Secretary of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, whereby approval has been granted to Managing Committee of Bhelha Madarsa Islamic (respondent no. 11), grieves the petitioner in the present application. The petitioner has a remedy of appeal under Section 28 of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board Act, against the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4157 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 said order which is being impugned in the present writ application.
This application is, accordingly, disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner approaches the Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the petitioner's appeal without taking objection on the ground of limitation, since the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. Further, let the appeal, if so filed, be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This disposes of the application.
