The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a view to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, dated 26.11.2021, pending before the respondent no. 3, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Begusarai, as he is dissatisfied with the investigation made in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 472 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020.

Counsel for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner and submits that this Court has already decided in batch of cases, being Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 that the aggrieved person from investigation may

In this background, this criminal writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, in the light of the order passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 within four weeks from today and the Superintendent of Police shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
