JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections-30(a)(c)(d)/38/41 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

It is alleged that foreign liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner which is said to have been given to him by his grandmother. The seizure list, annexed with the written report goes to show that liquor has been recovered from the house of Rani Devi, who is grandmother of Jaykant Rai. On the seizure list, there is no signature of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 23-12-2016.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
