JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 This application has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondent Bihar State Madrasa Board, to accord the approval to the Managing Committee of the petitioner Madrasa Hedayatul Islam Dogachhi Hat, Tarabari, Dighalbank, District-Kishanganj. It is the case of the petitioner that the matter is pending for approval with the Board since 01.12.2016.

In my view, this application can be disposed of at this stage itself, with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, to see whether the petitioner's request for approval of the Managing Committee is pending or not, and if any such matter is pending, a decision be taken on the request for grant of approval of the Managing Committee
