The writ application is disposed off with liberty to the respondents to take a decision with regard to statement made in the counter affidavit that the petitioner was absent without information and leave from 26.03.2009 till his retirement. If it is a fact then an appropriate decision with regard to that period has to be taken before any further final settlement of his post retirement dues can be made.

This order has been passed keeping in mind that the petitioner is not truthful in such disclosure or statement in the writ
