This application for regular bail arises out of Dhanha P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the deceased, who is in custody since 06.11.2019. The deceased was married to the petitioner's brother in 2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the allegation of demand of dowry and torture therefor, is general and omnibus against all family members of the husband of the deceased.
