2. In the C.W.J.C. No. 2855 of 2023 and C.W.J.C. No. 5286 of 2023, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners after some argument submits that he may be
Patna High Court CWJC No.2855 of 2023(5) dt.26-02-2024 3/3 permitted to withdraw the aforesaid two petitions with liberty to approach appropriate authority for the redressal of his grievance.
3. In C.W.J.C. No. 7801 of 2023, Mr. Nitesh Kumar submits that if the aforesaid two petitions are getting withdrawn, he do not have to advance any further argument.
4. Accordingly, all the three writ petitions stand disposed of.
