Petitioners seek bail in Sohsarai P.S. Case No.235 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 17.11.2018. Both the petitioners are close relatives. Petitioner No.2 was staying in the house of petitioner No.1.

It is alleged that one country made pistol has been recovered kept beneath the bed of the petitioners. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10168 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bhiharsharif, in connection with Sohsarai P.S.
