One Khushbu Kumari was apprehended, from whose possession counterfeit currency of Rs.500/- was seized. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. His complicity has been traced out during course of investigation on account of having been in regular contact with the co-accused Khushbu Kumari along with his brother, husband and others which, he himself supported by way of inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement. However, save and except the aforesaid piece of material, prosecution could not succeed in collecting much more. Petitioner is under custody since 03.08.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58509 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2016 Accordingly, petitioner Ranjan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
