The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maner P. S. Case No. 184 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 452, 323, 324, 225, 307, 354, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that in the alleged assault made by the accused persons eight members of the prosecution party including some ladies sustained injuries, I am
