The petitioner has filed the present writ application for directing and commanding the respondents to construct P.C.C. road and drainage from Nagar Parisad road to house of the petitioner as per invited tender no. 5(6) of Nagar Parisad, Hajipur in Ward No. 1.

Considering the relief sought for in the present application, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Executive Officer, Hajipur Nagar Parishad, Hajipur, District Vaishali (respondent no. 3) within a period of 30 days from today by giving details in respect to the tender which was made for the construction of road. The Respondent No. 3 shall look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.4036 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
