2. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last occasion i.e. order dated 23.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13324 of 2022, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

3. Trial Court report reveals that all the 12 prosecution witnesses have been examined and prosecution evidence closed on 29.11.2022. Thereafter, on 03.01.2023, statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded of all the accused persons and presently, the case is at the stage of defence evidence.

4. Considering the fact that trial is at the fag end, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, considering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13610 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 the fact that petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2019, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the proceeding as early as possible.
