JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare perusal of the counter affidavit would show that although all the retiral benefits were sanctioned and paid, however some recovery has been made, hence liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of recovery. The learned counsel for the State has got no objection. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the recovery order, if so advised.
