2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Majhuliya P.S.Case No.576 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(1) and 61 of BNS.

3. Considering the allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the statement of the father of the victim recorded under Section 180 BNSS, corresponding to Section 161 Cr.P.C., who has supported the allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
