JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Rahui Bhagan Bigha P.S. Case 313 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 12(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

There is allegation in the written report that huge quantity of foreign liquor has been recovered from the truck bearing registration No. HR-38-J 8157 and the petitioner was the driver of the said vehicle.

The seizure list is enclosed with the written report which shows that the huge quantity of foreign liquor has been recovered from the aforesaid truck.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12961 of 2017 (3) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
