JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2020 This is an application for modification of the order dated 08.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23786 of 2014, whereby the impugned order of cognizance dated 11.09.2008 passed by the learned SDJM, Masaurhi in Case No. 29(2)/08 has been quashed.

From the averments made in the petition, it appears that the order of cognizance is dated 11.09.2008 and not 01.09.2008.

The order dated 08.07.2014 is therefore modified to the extent that the order of cognizance which has been quashed be read as an order dated 11.09.2008 in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10107 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 01.09.2008.

The modification application stands allowed.
