Taking into consideration that petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 11-05-2-015, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56901 of 2015 (3) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 amount each in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

So far as Token No. 40800 of 2015 is concerned; the same stands dismissed.
