JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 27-04-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28738 of 2015, whereby the petitioner undertook to deposit 20% of the alleged due amount of Rs. 9,58,658.90/-. The said amount was to be deposited within a period of five months. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not deposit 20% of the alleged due amount within a period of five months, but now it has been deposited. It is further submitted that the bail bond of the petitioner has not been cancelled till date.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is not being disputed by Mr. Awadhesh Kumar, learned

In the circumstances, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhubha is hereby confirmed, in case the bail bond of the petitioner has not been cancelled till date.
