The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.72 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 504,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioner being the husband of the informant used to torture her and assault in drunken state and also to sell the landed property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being the husband of the informant has falsely been implicated due to misunderstanding and he is in jail custody since 22.7.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12170 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S.Case No.72/16.
