Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.586 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420,406/34 of the IPC and Sections 30(a), 54 & 57 of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.12.2019.
