This application has been filed for restoration of Criminal Misc. No. 63739 of 2019, which stood dismissed due to non compliance of order dated 07.11.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after expiry of time, the defect no. 7(2), as pointed out by the stamp reporter, has already been removed by filing fresh certified copy of page 30, which is also not legible, with the fresh type copy of aforesaid page 30.
