JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 323, 341, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. As per the prosecution case, marriage of this petitioner was solemnized in the year 2019 and thereafter this petitioner along with his family members committed torture for dowry. On 02.01.2021 all of them assaulted and ousted her from her matrimonial house.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that petitioner never tortured the informant nor demanded any dowry. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife
