1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case no.127 of 2023 registered under sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others are said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The daughter of the informant who is a major went with the petitioner out of her own free will, married the petitioner and were living as husband and wife. The petitioner is in custody since 3.7.2023 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial. Charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14536 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 has been framed in the learned trial Court.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R. of having kidnapped the daughter of the informant whose date of birth being 1.1.2007 was a minor being aged about 16 years 5 months on the date of occurrence, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
