Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was only the driver of the vehicle and he has no concern with the materials loaded on the vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.08.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
