2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366A , 341 , 323 , 504 and 34 of the IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage and victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C . has supported the prosecution case .
