19-01-2016 Heard Sri Anil Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashok Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 487 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused on accusation that three stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the premises of the petitioner. He submits that no F.I.R. was lodged regarding theft of the recovered motorcycles and recovery was not effect from conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent, which fact has been

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as period of custody, let the petitioner namely Md. Salim be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria/concerned court in Forbesganj P.S.
