Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11194 of 2022(2) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 647/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/188/283/290/353/ 435/427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of the Property Damage Act.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegations, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
