This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62312 of 2021 by which the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence, Section 413 of the Indian Penal Code could not be incorporated in first paragraph of the main bail petition, therefore, the same mistake occurred in the order dated 02.02.2022. Simultaneously, in the third paragraph of the said order, it

No.15838 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 has been recorded that "mother of the petitioner has been expired on 23.01.2022" whereas it should have been 'grand mother of the petitioner has died on 23.01.2022'. Therefore, he submits that the aforesaid order may be modified to the aforesaid extent only.

In view of the submission, the order dated 02.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62312 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
