The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 303 of 2020, dated 13.11.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20302 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/3 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners have been named in the F.I.R. but they have not been attributed with any specific act of assault. The act of assault has actually been hurled upon co-accused persons, namely, Bhairo Giri and Ajay Giri.

Considering the afore-noted facts and taking into account that the petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant and they had only gone to pacify the dispute between one Subhawati Devi, wife of Hareram Giri and the informant, namely, Meera Devi, wife of Yogendra Giri, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 303 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20302 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 3/3 Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
