In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 for offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. The police had gone for raid. The petitioner and other criminals started firing and ultimately the petitioner was apprehended. The police recovered country made pistol and live cartridges from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 16.7.2015. For the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Pappu Kumar Yadav @ Ramesh Kumar @ Pappu Yadav

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6317 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 is rejected.
