JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed vide order dated 24.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 43807 of 2018 by which the application for bail of the petitioner was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within six weeks before the court below with a bank draft of Rs.86,115/0 payable in favour of N.B.P.H. Company Ltd., Supaul and on such deposit he shall be released on provisional bail for a period of eight months to the satisfaction of the court concerned with condition that he has to pay rest of the amount in eight equal instalmentsof Rs.50,000/- payable in the first week of each month and once the total amount is paid within the prescribed period, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be

However, the present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that he could not arrange the money and as such he could not surrender. This application has been filed after nine months.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
