2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. case No. 100 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution story, in short, is that when the informant was returning home after purchasing groceries, all the

It is further alleged that the petitioner no.1 assaulted with daabh on the head of the informant, petitioner no.2 assaulted with fists and petitioner no.3 is alleged to have tried to drag the informant by putting gamchha around his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to high handedness of police. No specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that no injury report has been brought on record to support the allegation as levelled in the FIR. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 27.09.2023 and have six criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail, after framing of charge, if not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of
